Forgive me if this has been answered in the past, but I tried searching and couldnt find anything.

Simple question: Heavy Mail gives a -1D penalty to speed.

I was just wondering if that -1D penalty was then factored in to reflexes as well. It would make plenty of sense if it did, as wearing heavy mail would really slow you down.

Yes. It is factored in Reflexes.

Guess we’ll just have to do some quick math then before Fight! begins.

Generally you can do it once and forget about it, unless the PCs are changing up their armor all the time.
