For example, if my Priest has Vested and Tonsured, which, together, give a 2D Affiliation with my particular church, then, does that count as 25rps toward calculating my Resource rating? Or is Resources calculated only from the stuff I actually spend points on (and not the free stuff)?
No, you do not get the Resource bump. Getting the free Affiliation is bonus enough. You have to spend to earn!
Thanks for that. I didn’t think you could get “double rewards” for something like that from a trait. The text does say “from what you spend”, which implies your answer. So, seems just fine!
