I shouldn’t have said canon. The idea of the inquisition is that it’s the only “approved” source of psychologists in the IE (outside of the karsan league), so it’s sort of expected, but psychology is not universal within it.

Any suggestions on this?
Well, it’s only fair that he’s Vaylen if the Circles test is failed. If the test is successful, you’ve got to give him what he wants. If the test is failed, you’re free to have him arrive with a retinue of hulled cotars and adjutants ready to help him out.
Is this true even if I’m the Archcotare? He’s my FoN for the second phase.
I was actually thinking more about hulling his assistant. Should I make my usurper Circle that person up?
Oh, he’s yours?
Say yes, baby!
Yeah, he’s mine, but he’s not hulled. Everyone on the planet is ignorant of the existance of my usurper. Though that pesky Kerrn security officer PCFON is always watching…
Is now! The describing of it for the players also happens to be prime territory for an Artha worthy colour scene.
P.S. That’s assuming a player doesn’t manage to get a PC or NPC into the scene and turn it into a conflict scene. But that’s cool too. Nothing wrong with a two-fer.
