That’s exactly - exactly - what I’m hoping will happen. Time (and tomorrow!) will tell.
The community has been ridiculously helpful, which is reassuring: I’m sure someone will have helpful advice when I need it. 
Addendum: I’m not worried about it anymore. In fact, just in trying to sharpen the situation and make it both more personal and more complex, a couple of possibilities for Deeds points popped out at me. And that’s not counting whatever crazy things the players themselves figure out.
I think the Deeds point is a non-issue; I just wasn’t imagining hard enough yet to see how it would come into play.
