R&C: now with objective(s?)!

I love that R&C has objectives now!

But the text isn’t clear on whether only the PCs set an objective, or whether the NPCs do as well.

Thoughts?

Pretty sure both sides have objectives, just like both sides have statements of argument in DoW. Note that they aren’t really that mechanical. They just serve to make R&C more directed so you can judge when it’s over.
