Well, you can’t take Page twice, or Kid twice. So why could you take Young Lady twice?
Page or kid are limited to the second lifepath, whereas young lady is second or third.
Howerver, the restriction does say young lady may only be taken once, and is worded the same way in both of the settings (Noble & Noble Court), so I take it to mean Title rather than Lifepath (either one or the other, not both).
The character in question will have to be reworked to fit this interpretation of the rules.
