This is a message for all of you who want to protect your player decks.
I tried Ultra-Pro platinum protectors and they were a tad too big (68x94mm).
Then, I bought Ultra-Pro “Pro-Matte” deck protectors (66x91mm) and the cards fit PERFECTLY. Like they were made for those sleeves! I also had a chance to test the non-matte standard “clear” protectors from Ultra-Pro with the same size (ccg) and they also fit perfectly (be sure NOT to get the “ultra fit” version though!).
I went with matte sleeves because they’re less slippery and the cards don’t slide off the stacked deck so much. Keep in mind, the ultra-pro protectors have a little hologram on them and may annoy some people (I don’t mind though).
As far as I know Ultra-Pro are the only option. FFG, Mayday (even Mayday Magnum) and Arcane Tinmen protectors WILL NOT work as they’re mostly 63.5mm-65mm wide. Will NOT fit. Too narrow.
Some of Max Protection sleeves seem to have same dimensions as UltraPro ones, so they might work. However, I did NOT test them, so don’t take my word on it. Also be warned - they have BAD reputation: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Muq9BxXL0FQ&feature=youtu.be
