I wrote this during the game today in honor of another player’s character, who is an uncomfortable cross between Mr. Magoo and Dr. Evil. (He’s not welcome in Elmoss now because an explosion in his lab once vented through the bark of the tree.)
I am the very model of an oldfur mouse guard scientist
I’m talented in jobs from weather watcher down to archivist
I’m very well acquainted with the science of geography
Which leads me to be naturally proficient in cartography
My powers as a loremouse let me speak to any living thing
I’m able to predict the weather in the summer, fall or spring
A vast array of traps and scent concoctions I can synthesize
Because my skills of knowledge range from herbalist to poison-wise
I’m even skilled in social circles outside the laborat’ry
Because I’m deft at swaying crowds with entertaining orat’ry
In short, in jobs that range from weather watcher down to archivist
