Hello,

I’ve been trying to reach out about possible acquiring or receiving a discount on the PDFs for some books I bought. I have bought the core ruleset to Torchbearer 2e (Dungeoneer’s Handbook and Scholar’s Guide) from my FLGS, however they are not part of the Bits and Mortar program, but I was wondering if you all offered any incentives for PDF purchasing if I could provide proof of purchase.

I realize that you have a customer service email for this kind of thing, but I’ve sent a couple emails over the past two weeks with no response.
