Fourth campaign started, so I have a question before we will sit and play.
I have found that thread, but there was a discussion, unfortunatelly, only about the technology burner and stats&skills increasing.
I’m curious what about boosting the stat by Psychologist? Does it affect only the stat, or maybe both stat and skill root? Can I use the Boost to increase my character stat in order to boost the one skill which is connected/rooted with that stat?
