I’d probably make a rule regarding permanent taxing of Nature.
In essence, by allowing characters to bump the Order of Nature scale by losing Nature.
Taxing it permanently 1 step per scale level, while also reducing it one (Nature 4 would be a 3, taxed to 2) - preferably with the cost of a Persona point per scale level as well.
That would make it costly, but a feat worth trying to end up in the history books of the territories.
