Advice/Critique on a Full TB adventure

Hi all-
I’m pretty new to Torchbearer. I just started playing and GM’ing this past summer. I wrote up an adventure and have run it with a couple of groups so far. Both lasted around 6-7 sessions before suffering TPK’s. I tried to design the adventure to reward careful play, while giving abundant opportunities for interesting deaths, which is pretty much what happened both times. The parties had fun. At the same time, I’m pretty sure that I’ve got the stat blocks unbalanced in some fundamental ways and that the pacing of the adventure itself is sub-optimal.

Is anyone willing to take a look and give me some advice? Thanks in advance!

The Lost Crypt of the Barbarian King

Based off a quick skim, it seems really combat-heavy. More of a LOTFP vibe than a Torchbearer one. Which is not necessarily a bad thing but it might affect player expectations. It could work as a higher-level TB adventure I think.

That’s what drive off conflicts are for.
