Is Appraisal like Accounting and Finance in that it can be used as a Linked Test prior to the Resource Test to provide an extra die?
Also in the Skill Descriptions and Testing Resources section it indicates that Accounting and Finance can be used as a Linked Test to provide an extra die. However, in the Scoring a Deal section it really only talks about setting Obs for Wises. Should the Finance/Accounting use the same table or should it be something else?
