Change to the Poisons skill

I noticed that the Poisons skill has changed since BWR: it used to allow you to create any of the existing poisons, with an Ob equal to the trait cost. Now there’s a set list of a couple of poisons available.

This isn’t meant as a complaint–I’m just trying to understand the logic so I don’t undo any of Luke’s hard work. Frankly, I like the old skill, but I suspect there was a good reason for the change.

Old way was suboptimal and the obstacle were too high.

New obstacles are better for everyone, except the guy getting poisoned.

I never liked that guy anyway, so it works out.

Yeah, poisoning people is surprisingly easy. Fixing them is much harder.
