On a similar note as the other trait comments, mind over matter, robust, quiescent, and a few of the traits which make other skills and attributes follow ‘round up’ rules don’t seem to have their intended affect, although I imagine this might be hard to do…
robust and mind over matter are easily fixed by turning off the enforcement though…
Ah, I see it now. I guess I’ll make it a die trait that reduces agility by 1 and “prevents the character from performing
any action with two hands.” (taking a page from the missing limb description)
Works great, and the ability to add custom item names and such came in handy. This really makes character creation less of a chore, reducing all the writing, paper flipping and adding to a minimum.
I just pushed a new version that adds Roden and Great Wolves from the monster burner, modified to work with Burning Wheel Gold. Special thanks goes to Wayfarer who adapted and digitized all the information!
There are most likely some bugs with these stocks, so let me know any that you find.
EDIT: I forgot to mention that Roden Visionary Faith is not yet implemented.
It is currently using the will exponent. Apparently the information I had about that seems to be wrong; I found the sample Wolves chapter from the monster burner and I’m calculating it incorrectly. I’ll fix that.
(Professional Soldier) Captain and (Religious0 Military Order are both +1M, +1P, but Charred has them as +1M/P. There may be some other confusion of the both and either/or stat bonuses too.
There’s a minor typo in the “Adventurer” trait. It should have “Ob” and not “Pb”!
I just fixed Captain, but Military Order seemed to be correct for me. It was fixed in 1.13, and I just checked and it still looks like it’s working properly.
“Captured and Broken” takes 9.5 years in the charred’s burner. Or about 2/3 of a wolf’s lifespan. I don’t have the exact numbers on me, but I think it’s probably 0.5.
