Does using Second Sight allow a character to ignore then +4Ob for being in darkness, and just take the +1Ob for physical actions with Second Sight?

Also, could a “Witch Hunter” type character use Second Sight with an Aura Reading Fork to track something with a unique aura? Angels, devils, mages, undead, etc,

Second Sight works just like Mage Sense, so yes you could see in the dark and also get the +1 Ob penalty for doing the Physical stuff.
