Other than the Paths of Spite? Spiteful elves aren’t a wholly separate culture (necessarily) from normal elves, it’s more of an attitude shift rather than obviously-identifiable-because-they’re-black-elves. Except they know all different songs, so there needs to be some cultural continuity among spiteful elves for these songs (that can’t be learned untrained) to be passed down.
