I have a player that just got rolling with a Witch, and I’ve been reviewing the class write-up. I was hoping I could get some clarification on the Enchanter skill. At one point, it states that “the obstacle to enchant an item is identical to that of scribing a scroll with that spell.” But then later there’s a factor listing for enchanting items based on the circle of the “prayer.” Are the factors strictly for prayers and the scroll obs for spells? Or are spells/prayers treated the same and this is just conflicting information?
