I can’t reconcile the Effect 3 of Ephemera with the unique nature of memories.
Pg 37: All who experience the ephemera must take this short-term memory without modification.
Compare to pg 77: …but that memory can only be remembered by one person at a time.
What am I missing?
With Ephemera, everyone sees and remembers the same thing the same way - you create art and successfully get your intended message across.
The passage on p 77 is only relevant with regard to Flood/Bleeding. If you bleed a memory from someone, they don’t have it anymore. If you flood a memory into someone, you don’t have it anymore.
