Ive read the book several times but cant find anything on gaining/advancing traits (gaining a new trait during play/advancing trait levels)?? Could someone tell me where this is covered?

In winter, you’ll get to adjust them. Just follow the sequence Artemis pointed you to.

Is nature 0 the only way to change them during play?
Nature 7 also has a similar effect, but in essence you are correct.
