Landsknecht? Or just German soldiers

I thought the Landsknecht existed in the late 1400’s and early 1500’s?

As I understand it, yes they did. But the term was also something universally used throughout Europe to reference German mercenaries, as well. But I’ll admit that I’m not super familiar with the Landsknecht, so I could be wrong. Where does it appear in the book?

In the section where it gives some NPCs it mentions Landsknechts. It’s toward the end of the book before the section on magic.

I’m okay with the term just curious.
