Latest Version of Scavenger's Supplement

Hi @Thor

Is Revision 10 the latest version of the Scavenger’s Supplement in the store?

The Flame Dancer and the Flame Wight have some of the same copied text like the Instinct, Nature Descriptors, and Weapons.

I could have sworn you had an updated version from last Gen Con but maybe a reprint?? If not, would it be possible to get an update please?

Thanks!

I think we’re up to r19? I’ll have to ask Rachel what’s on the store tomorrow.

It looks like the error here is that “Flame Wight” should be a top-level header with Flame Dancer and Forge Wight as denizens within that category. A Flame Dancer is a wildfire spirit while a Forge Wight is a domesticated fire spirit. They intentionally share the same descriptors and weapons. One can turn into the other.

How can you check your version?

Mine says Third Printing, Summer 2022…

Should I expect egregious errors? Is there a pdf I can get with proof of purchase?

Hello,

We’re only talking about the digital version which has a …_r10.pdf at the end. Most of the pdfs have a revision number. BWHQ can help you figure out if you get a PDF with your physical copy.

No, the changes are very minor and mostly formatting like we are talking about above.

The only real relevant thing is actually in the Lore Master Manual which has Might instead of Precedence for binding. Use Precedence for pacts and binding and Might for abjuring and banishing. Again, the Binder level benefit in Scavenger’s on p. 40 is correct, but the LMM is wrong.

Oh, that is frustrating (the LMM). Do all copies have that issue?

Is there a version/print date for the LMM that has the known issues addressed.

I recently bought all T2 items that had rules and classes/options, so this is all good to know.
