Making new weapons

Hi all,

I was wondering about the Armourer factors. Can they be combined to make, for example, a Deadly Spear? Or a Deadly Hooked Spear (like Cedric’s partisan, glaive, polearm, thing)?

The ob for this would be pretty darn high, admittedly, but is it the intent of the factors to allow this kind of thing?
