Miseries & Misfortunes Revised Second Edition (3 Book Bundle) [Print + PDF]

I got the books and they are great, no access to a pdf or pdfs in the order. Though I got the bridge of the damned and the pdf was accessible in that order. I’ve emailed Geoff @burningwheel a few times and am wondering if these pdfs should available?

I understand that they might be busy but have they not been made avaiable or is that just me ?
