Hi

On the rules for recovery from Injured & Sickness

Just so I am crystal-clear on this:
A mouse loses a permanent ability/skill point & removes the condition only if it fails the initial Health test & the healer then fails the test or the mouse foregoes a healer’s help, right?

Yeah. That’s what the rules say. And “permanent” means that it can’t be recovered, but it can be advanced.
