My shade hack - Red hot!

I have removed the numerous shade boxes from the character sheet and instead if I need to use a grey shade I use a red colouring pencil to write in the number. I then explain that the rating is “red hot” and keep the maths as written.

Edit: Black shade is just a regular pencil so no need to write B4 any more, just a 4 will do.
