Say I’m making an independent fighter test in a conflict and my obstacle is zero but I’m wearing a backpack which is also factored into the test. Does the test now count for advancement because of that factor?
As those factors change Ob I would allow players to mark for advancement.
“Add the value of each factor from each applicable category. That’s the obstacle for the test.” (p. 132)
