This might appear an odd question: will there be an “PDF only edition” on sale somewhere?

I would like to get my hands on the rules prompto, but to be very honest am not sure I want to pay for the US shipping with IPR (I have ordered from IPR before, have nothing against them but the shipping really entices me to order loads and I am trying not to buy loads of stuff). I can later get the Hardback Titan Press release in the UK for no shipping.

this way I can checkout if the pdf alone plus book from uk alone is cheaper than the ipr bundle plus freight.
