I backed the kickstarter, and I’ve downloaded all of the playtest documents save one. When I try to apply the coupon code for the Dungeoneer’s Handbook I get an error code informing me that the code has reached it’s usage limit and is no longer valid. I would really like to while away the summer with a complete playtest set. Please help.

I believe if you have already downloaded it, you have to use the link in your email or the downloads page from your account.
I always use the email to take me right to the download page. The email subject is " Your Burning Wheel Order Confirmation…" and the body says, “Your order contains…” If you click the “Download Files” link in there, you’ll be able to download the latest version.
You won’t have to enter the coupon again. Good luck!
