Pursue or Flee Conflict Skills

When discussing Fleeing or Pursuing in the text it describes Defend and Maneuver as cleverness and tricks, which doesn’t seem to fit in well the the choice of Health as the Defend and Maneuver Attributes. For RP purposes might it make sense to switch things? Make Health the attribute for Attack and Feint, while Scout or Rider are for Defend and Maneuver. After all, isn’t an attack in a chase scene just running (or riding) as hard as you can? Or perhaps something like Health for Attack and Maneuver, Scout or Rider for the cleverness and dirty tricks of a Defend or Feint? (This is more of a thought or random musing than a direct question)
