Question about the 2e GM screen

So I got Torchbearer 2e GM Screen and token sheet but I have no idea how they are supposed to work with each other (mainly the grind tracker). Anyone know how it’s done?

I know Luke wants to do a video about this at some point soon. For now, punch out the standees from the token sheet and fold them at the hinge. You can then stick them along the top of the GM screen where the grind tracker is.

I like to put light sources, for example, on the turn when they’ll go out. When the grind reaches that turn, I know that the light source goes out.
