I seem to remember something regarding versus tests—if an additional Ob is associated with your side of the test, you have to generate one more success than you would normally need in order to win the test or somesuch? Does anyone know where in the book this is?
In a versus test you have to beat your opponent to get your intent. If for some reason you’re at a penalty, you’ll have to overcome that as well. So if you were at a +3Ob penalty for some reason and your opponent has 2 successes, you’ll need 6 to win (5 to tie).
