Roll 2D6: that’s the monster’s Nature. Did you roll doubles? Give it a special ability.
Shuffle the action cards of your player’s deck and draw three cards. Add or subtract one draw for a stronger/weaker monster.
1: the monster has a weapon that grants +1D to that action.
2: the monster has a weapon that grants +2D to that action.
3: the monster has a weapon that grants +1s to that action.

Hungry Thirsty = Trick Riddle conflict listed.
