Hey everyone, I don’t know if I am just missing it, or if I could use something along the lines of the ‘Command’ skill, but I am wondering if there is a skill for directing animals in stressful situations? Thanks for your help!

Falconry?
Low Speech and any of the usual social skills.

Also Riding for animals you’re riding, or Driving for animals you’ve got hitched up to a cart or whatever.
Or buy a relationship with your trusty wolfhound/hawk/whatever for 10 points as if it were a bodyguard or apprentice at two lifepaths lower (pg 96). This may require gm approval.
