Hi, I have finally reduced my pile of shame and gotten to start this read, and I have to say I am delighted so far, 40 pages in, and looking very much forward to run this.

I wonder if the autors would appreciate some feedback, mainly in terms of typos detected or the odd inaccuracy or questionable items I have spotted.
