Reconcilling BE & BW Resources Points for Lifepaths

Hi all,
I’m in the process of adapting some of the BE lifepaths for a game of BW played in an A|State-like setting and am having a few issues regarding the difference in RPs in character burning between the two games.
For example, BW students start with 10RPs while BE students with 1RP. While I appreciate there is a fundamental difference between RP use at character burning in BW & BE, is it as simple as a 15:1 ratio, as per the BW Character Burner?
