Hello again, does anyone know if reflexes drop down when players receive wounds that subtract dice?

Yes it does. The only intrinsic, non-emotional attribute that doesn’t drop when getting injured is health. Obviously external attributes (Circles and Resources) don’t drop when you’re hurt.
Note that an exact description of what is and is not affected by wound penalties, including how Reflexes is affected, is listed in Wounded Dice on page 488.
