We just had a winter session and some of the characters only needed minor recovery. They also didn’t want to spend the coin to stay at the Inn. So they asked if they could stay at the Tavern for the winter. The GM allowed it, charging a +1 to the lifestyle costs. (Deeming that it would normally be free, not counting drinks and rumors and hiring help, then adding +1 due to the winter session). Does the Tavern count as accommodations? It’s listed with them, but it isn’t described as one.
It does not count as accommodations.
I think passing out drunk on a barstool and never leaving would probably count as living on the streets.
