I’d like to order the print + PDF, but it’s out of stock at IPR. Any idea when it’ll next be in?

I’m not certain it will ever be available in that combination again.
I don’t think IPR is going to restock MG in the foreseeable future.

Again, I’m not the publisher, so none of this information is gospel. But the publisher seems more concerned with mass market sales than small specialty outlets that operate on consignment.
