Boxed Set Coming?

And now my Amazon order has shipped before I decided what to do with it. I guess two is better than none? I suppose there are worse problems to have…

My order from Book Depository has been “processing” for nearly 2 days now anyone else got any further?
Pre-order from amazon uk says it’ll ship on the 19th (and due to pre-order price promise is now more than £10 under RRP so would be preferred if I knew it’d turn up).

My order from B&N says that it has shipped and will be here on in 5 days, on tuesday.

Just chiming in (I’ve been lurking this thread for a while) - my Amazon.com order, placed on August 27th, hasn’t shipped yet, but I’m heartened to see that other people have had shipping confirmation from Amazon and other online retailers. I just hope they have enough stock for all the pre-orders…

FLGS in downtown TO had it week ago, picked up, they still had couple of boxes last week (Hairty Tarantula).

My order from the Book Depository shipped today.

My Amazon pre-order arrived last night. A big, heavy, well packed box. I love the dice.

I saw some copies in SF Bokhandeln in Gothenburg (Sweden) today. The set certainly has good ‘heft’ value!

My Amazon still hasn’t shipped, but they just updated my order with a new (and presumably more accurate) shipping estimate:

Shipping estimate: September 12, 2011 - September 18, 2011
Delivery estimate: September 20, 2011 - September 26, 2011

Here’s hoping!

Got mine today, its gorgeous! I cant wait to use all the new shinies. Unfortunately my game was yesterday so i got a week to go.

Got mine a week ago!

I started a two player game with my wife! So much stuff, she’s really happy though about all of the tangible help aids!

been using the fan-cards/tokens. but these ones are so shiny and … official. :stuck_out_tongue: I kinda wish they came with armor cards as well. just because its nice to have to keep track of but oh well! still lovin it.

Still waiting on mine. :frowning:

Mine arrived from Book Depository today and boy what a hefty box it is! I’m glad they included the plastic insert to hold the pieces as it lets me keep my hardback rules in the same box.

My wonderful wife picked me a copy up from our FLGS - and man…what a boxed set!

Now to just figure out a little better way of presenting the GM/Player’s turn in our solo campaign…that’s about the only thing that really rubs my wife a little wrong with it…

How about Husband’s Turn and Wife’s Turn? My Turn and Your Turn?

The word “phase” is is pretty good.

In Burning Empires the Infection machanics name the phases after stuff that’s happening in the fiction. In Mouse Guard you named the pacing after the roles of the people at the table even though the pacing is also happening in the fiction. Was that an intentional consideration?

I think a variant on “Don’t hate a playa” is in order here. Something like: “Don’t just love the game, love the player('s turn).”

My 3 year old daughter loves the mice pawns. She calls them dad’s dollies. We have played rescue missions of the purple and yellow mice from under cushions by the green one. Mousey group hugs after the cushion was lifted.

As soon and she can write, on to recording checks.

My Amazon.com order shipped today!
