  1. What is with stat advantage from technology - does it affect derived attributes like wounded tolerance?
  2. What’s with situation when character base stat was reduced to zero, but there are some points on the same exponent from technology device? Does it maintain my character consciousness or maybe my character will be incapacitated, because base exponent was reduced?
